To ensure that our Guests have a pleasant experience when they visit the Baton Rouge River Center, Guest Services has been added to help create an enjoyable time for all. Located on the Lower Concourse level in the Northwest lobby of the arena, the following services are provided:
Item Check:
Bulky items such as strollers and briefcases may be checked at Guest Services for safe keeping during events.
Lost/Found:
Lost and found items will be placed at Guest Services until the end of the event. To claim items after events, call (225) 389-3030 to arrange for item pick-up.
Lost Children:
Lost children without identification will be escorted to Guest Services until guardians can be located.
